Happy Holidays from the WebKRAVE Team!

With only one week left until most businesses close for the holiday season we'd like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We also wanted to remind all of our clients that our office will be closed from December 23rd until we reopen on January 4th, 2010.

We're really excited for what the new year will bring and all the new features that we'll be rolling out over the first couple of months. There's also going to be a lot of new Add-on services that we'll start offering which will allow your website to do new things and be promoted to much larger Internet audiences.

Here's a brief list of some of the new items we'll be launching first:

• A shiny new Online Website Editor for all of our Worry Free Support clients who like to maintain their websites all on their own
  
  
• New Billing System management from your Control Panel so you can review or obtain lost billing statements and change your Credit Card information/preferences
  
  
• Completely new Customer Service Ticketing system that allows for multiple file uploads and even quicker response times
  
  
• New Website Add-ons will be available from your Control Panel which will allow you to quickly add new functionality or marketing tools to your website
  
  
• New Domain Name monitoring system will allow you to set notifications for Domain Name renewals even if they're registered with another company

One last note: Although our office will be closed for an extended duration during the holidays we'd like to reassure you that your websites will continue to be monitored and we will still remain open to taking technical support requests.
